• Previously ignored Grep/Glob tool requests on native builds are now correctly processed, providing dedicated search functionalities.
• Startup stability has been improved, especially when the configuration directory is read-only, preventing silent hangs and displaying error messages instead.
• Several issues with permission rules, including those for `WebFetch` and Windows paths, have been resolved for more consistent access control.
