• Organizations on Enterprise or Team plans can now deploy dedicated runners on their own infrastructure to host Claude Code sessions across various devices, while macOS and Linux users gain the ability to message between active sessions.
• Users can now install plugins directly from compressed zip archives over HTTPS, which avoids dependency on Git or npm and resolves a bug that corrupted records when sharing plugins across projects.
• Security improvements patch a vulnerability on macOS and Linux where directory restrictions with trailing slashes were ignored, and add options for masking sensitive credentials in sandbox environments.
• The update eliminates the 200-subagent limit for individual sessions and corrects multiple connectivity and state synchronization errors within the remote control feature and its Visual Studio Code extension.
